Clayton and Buzz were so great to work with. They were transparent, thorough, fair, and respectful. (They also loved our dog: bonus!) When they came over to do the initial quote, Clayton got into our crawl space without any hesitation and walked us through the project and all its details. We really appreciated how thoughtful he was in breaking down the service for us. We had other companies come over for quotes, not go into the crawl space, get photos of the wrong part of the basement AND quote us way higher! We will go back to Plumbing and Drain Pros from now on and request Clayton and Buzz because of their integrity. (Did I mention they fixed our problem in less than 20 minutes?) 10/10 - thank you!!
